THE COURSE

COURSE INFORMATION

The 5K is a two-loop course through the foothills above Sandy, combining paved path and dirt trail with 379 feet of gain. Approachable for all fitness levels, it's the perfect introduction to trail running in the Wasatch — and a great excuse to cheer on the Classic and Challenge runners when you're done.

DESCRIPTION

You will be following a fluorescent blue ribbon with signage for critical turns and junctions. Keep an eye out for caution tape that marks the wrong direction — don't cross over them!

Auction items are revealed on race day. All bids benefit DJ Theorine.

BEFORE YOU RUN

Rules & Etiquette

DNF / Drop From Race

If you need to drop from the race you must let an aid station volunteer know you will not finish. You can also have someone on your behalf come to the start/finish line and notify us that you have dropped.

Litter

Pack out what you pack in. We ask for your cooperation to ensure no littering on the course. We have worked hard with the US Forest Service to allow us to put the race on — please help us protect that privilege.
